AMA – Not Just Learning, but Confidence - When Learning Becomes Inspiration, Not a Chore

1. You have many years of experience in establishing schools and educational programs—what was your strongest personal motivation for founding AMA?

Children, of course. Children have always been our driving force—and this time was no different.
They change, and so does the world around them. We saw the need for a modern, personalized education that speaks their language, at their own rhythm and pace.
We wanted to create a product that would support them so that learning remains that curious, natural impulse every child is born with—rather than the tedious and stressful experience it’s often associated with today.

2. How did the idea for AMA come about, and what was the “aha” moment when you decided this had to happen?

With the advent of Industry 5.0 and the daily revolution brought about by artificial intelligence, I asked myself a simple question:
“If AI is already here—how will it change the way children learn and the way we teach?”

As someone who is deeply committed to education, I wanted us to keep pace with the times and use them wisely. That’s how we came to the conclusion that the future belongs to personalized education, to the new role of the teacher, and to smart tools that adapt learning to each student.
From these principles, we developed the AMA concept—a platform where technology serves human potential rather than replacing it.

3. What makes AMA different from all other educational platforms?

AMA differs in several key ways:

  • Personalized learning: Each student progresses at their own pace and in their own way. The AI teacher adapts to the student—like a personal mentor who understands the student’s communication style and way of thinking.
  • Microcontent: Given the short attention spans of today’s students (estimated at about 7–8 seconds), the content is presented in short, clear steps. This ensures understanding and maintains attention, rather than overwhelming students.
  • Active vs. passive learning: After almost every piece of microcontent, the AI teacher seeks feedback. This keeps the student engaged and thinking, rather than simply listening or reading. It keeps the brain in an active state and improves learning retention.
  • 100% educational content based on the Ministry of Education and Science curriculum: all subjects are based on the educational framework that students follow in class.
  • Motivation Through Technology: Children love technology. When they learn through an environment that is familiar and intuitive to them, their motivation grows naturally.

AMA doesn't just impart knowledge—it teaches children how to learn.

4. How do you address parents' fears that AI might replace human teachers?

Artificial intelligence will not replace teachers—neither now nor in 10 years. But it will definitely change their role.

In the traditional system, the teacher is the one who imparts information. In the future, this will no longer be necessary—sources are everywhere.
The teacher will become even more valuable—as someone who fosters human interaction, culture, values, and inspiration.
AI will take over some of the routine tasks and free up time for the most meaningful work—building character.
However, AI is not coming to replace the teacher, but to give them the freedom to be an educator again, rather than an administrator.

5. What does personalized education mean to you, and why is it so important for today's students?

Personalized education is the recognition that every child is unique —with their own pace of thinking, way of perceiving the world, and form of intelligence.
We cannot expect 25 different children to learn in the same way and feel equally confident.

In a traditional classroom, some students get bored because the pace is too slow, while others give up because it’s too fast. Even the best teacher can’t be there for everyone at the same time.
This is where AI can help—by making learning adaptive, giving each student the time and approach that suits them best.
That way, no one is left behind, no one feels “weaker,” and learning becomes personalized, accessible, and truly motivating.

6. How do you see education in 10 years—and where will AMA fit into that picture?

In 10 years, education will no longer be a system of subjects, but an ecosystem of opportunities.
Children will learn through a hybrid approach—part of the time with a teacher, part with an AI mentor, and part through real-world projects and experiences.
Technology will make learning more flexible, but humanity will remain the most important factor.

AMA will be a leading partner in this transition—a platform that doesn’t just provide knowledge, but builds skills in critical thinking, self-regulation, and confidence.
I see AMA as part of a new generation of schools—where artificial intelligence and human potential go hand in hand.

7. And finally—what would you like every child to feel when they learn with AMA?

I want every child to feel special because of their uniqueness—not “different” because they don’t fit into a mold.
To feel that learning can be easy, interesting, and personal.
To discover the confidence that they can understand, grow, and be themselves.
This is AMA’s goal—not just to teach, but to inspire.
