Magdalena Dimitrova is an educational entrepreneur with many years of experience and a visionary in the creation of innovative educational models. She is the executive director of the “Svetlina” Educational Group, which comprises five kindergartens, an innovative school, and a high school.

Over the years, Magdalena has launched a number of significant projects to support children, parents, and teachers:

• Pedagogika.bg – an award-winning Bulgarian blog featuring high-quality educational content;
• TeenPower – an event to inspire and help teenagers grow;
• EduExperts – a conference in support of parenting and modern education;
• EduTalents – a digital learning platform for preschool-aged children, created to support parents during the pandemic;
• Svetlina Publishing House —a line of educational resources and books for parents, children, and teachers.

She is an active participant in social initiatives through the “Future in Light” Foundation, the author of five books—works of fiction—a certified coach, and, above all, the happy mother of two wonderful children.

Today, Magdalena is the founder of AMA Coach —a platform that is transforming the way children learn, with the goal of giving every child not just knowledge, but the confidence that they can learn, understand, and grow with their dreams.‍

Dragomira Pavlova is a manager with many years of experience in managing companies and educational organizations.

She graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) and served as an authorized signatory at Evrotrust Technology and as CEO of Viva Credit, as well as in management positions at several leading banks.

Over the past decade, she has dedicated herself to education and social innovation. She is the founder of the Adler Institute Bulgaria, an institute for individual psychology, and the “Bobche Topche” kindergarten; she supports the development of the “Milea” Private School; and she is one of the founders of the “Haide” Association —a national organization dedicated to preventing school bullying.

As CEO of Ama Coach, Dragomira combines her management experience, knowledge of psychology, and interest in technology.

Peter is an experienced entrepreneur and marketing leader focused on building and growing businesses in the fields of technology, e-commerce, and tourism. He served as Marketing Director at CloudCart—one of the leading e-commerce SaaS platforms in the Balkans—and is the founder of Symbol Media Group (acquired by Globe One Digital) and co-founder of BattlePass.Studio, a venture builder for early-stage tech startups.

With a portfolio of more than 20 companies, he combines strategic vision with practical experience in driving growth and innovation.

Ivan Tsvetanov is a software engineer with extensive expertise in the development of artificial intelligence-based products.

In recent years, he has led the implementation of dozens of technology projects and specializes in process automation.

At AMA Coach, Ivan is responsible for the technical implementation and development of the platform, as well as for coordinating the engineering team.

Emilian Enev is a digital entrepreneur and chairman of Startup Factory.

He has over 15 years of experience in the development and commercialization of software products and specializes in organizing training programs to develop practical skills.

At AMA Coach, he advises the team on topics related to the safe implementation of artificial intelligence and the optimization of the user experience to enhance the learning process.
